OUR COMPANY

We are a Brazilian agribusiness company founded in 2008. Having people between our founders and administratorswith more than 20 years of experience in the agricultural sector.

Our business plan provides for accelerated growth, focused on the production of grains and expansion in cotton farming.

Today, we are one of the largest agricultural production group in Piauí State, with more than 67,000 ha (165,560 acres) cultivated in the 2014/15 season.

Our units are strategically located in the savanna region of Piauí – locally known as Cerrado, which is a vast tropical savanna ecoregion of Brazil, and our production system favors the adoption of modern management techniques, focusing on the rational and sustainable use of land, being environmentally friendly, adapted and adjusted for local farming conditions through our own network of technological trials.

ORIGINS OF INSOLO

Renowned technical consulting and agricultural land management company, with over 20 years’ experience in Brazilian agribusiness and a portfolio of clients in major Brazilian agricultural regions covering the Brazilian soybean, corn, rice, cotton, wheat and sunflower cultures. A pioneer in the development and implementation of agricultural management models in farms, involving all stages of production, determining the mix of cultures, planning of activities to be performed, follow up of the planting to and management harvesting steps up to the publication of results obtained. In its role of technology diffusion company, Insolo Soluções Agrícolas was a pioneer in the implementation of precision agriculture and maintenance of own experimental fields in order to generate technology adapted to the performance region.
